Mens Sizing for Jackets and Vests
Measure the circumference of your chest.  If the measurement is 44, order a size 46.  If the measurement is 45, order a size 46.  The general rule is to order the next even number size up from your actual measurement.  Leather sizes tend to run small - so order the next size up.

Womens Wear Sizing
NOTE:All womens jackets and vest run a size smaller than the standard U.S. sizing.  For example, if you wear a womens U.S. size small, you should order a size medium jacket and vest.

Kids Sizing for Jackets and Vests
Please use this formula to determine the correct sizing for kid's jackets: 
Measure from your childs spine (the middle of their back just below their shoulder blades), out to their wrists.  Also measure the circumference of your childs chest.  These two measurements will determine the right size jacket for your child.

X Small : 23" chest and 21" spine to wrist
Small : 25" chest and 22" spine to wrist
Medium : 27" chest and 23" spine to wrist
Large : 29" chest and 23.75" spine to wrist
X Large : 31" chest and 24.5" spine to wrist
2X Large : 33" chest and 25.25" spine to wrist
3XLarge : 35" chest and 26" spine to wrist
Chaps Sizing
Thigh measurement is how you determine what size chaps you need to order.  Measure your upper thigh (with your jeans on) and then add 1" to even number sizes or add  1 1/2" to 1/2 sizes, and use the chart below to find the correct size.
Example: 23" thigh - order 24" = XLarge , 23 1/2" thigh - order 26" = 2XLarge.

You don't normally have to worry about waist sizes with our chaps because they are made with adjustable waist belts
 
Inseam length is standard and chaps can be cut to the length you need.  You will not need to hem them - leather is not a cloth material and will not unravel or fray when cut.
Helmet Sizing
The helmet size you need is determined by your heads circumference (see our chart below in inches).  How to measure:
 
1-Use a paper or cloth tape measure, or a piece of string.
2-Wrap the tape measure or string around your head at the largest circumference - usually just above the eyebrows in front, over your ears and around back - then mark your tape measure or string.
3-Measure with a ruler if your using string, and compare your measurement result to the chart below for the correct size to order.
 
X Small : 19 1/8" - 20"
Small : 20 1/8" - 21"
Medium : 21 1/8" - 22"
Large : 22 1/8" - 23"
X Large : 23 1/8" - 24"
2X Large : 24 1/4" - 25"
 
 
 
 
Glove Sizing
Measure from your wrist to the top of your middle finger and use the charts below to find your correct size to order.
