Shipping Policy All orders are processed within 48 hours and shipped by ground services. Our shipping rates are determined by weight and destination by UPS. Our shopping cart is integrated with UPS to calculate shipping costs. You can begin the check out process and view shipping costs without finalizing the order. We ship your order in the most efficient way possible. In order for us to keep our prices as low as possible, we reserve the right to ship orders through other carriers, like the United States Postal Service, FedEx, DHL and Airborne. Rates and services are subject to change without notice. International orders - Please contact us prior to placing your order. Please note: Forever Two Wheels Leather is not responsible for any brokerage, duties, clearance fees, added value taxes and/or any other fees charged, due to your location and/or chosen shipping method. If we are out of stock on an ordered item, we will not substitute, unless asked to do so by you. We will do our very best to contact you and let you know that an item is not in stock, and give you the option of backordering, substituting or simply cancelling the item. Return Policy Forever Two Wheels Leather is not responsible for damages or losses incurred in transit. Any damages or losses incurred in transit must be reported and noted at the time of delivery of the merchandise and Forever Two Wheels Leather must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of the merchandise. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained for any and all returns. No returns will be accepted without prior approval and an RA# issued. All packages returned must have the RA# visible on the outside of the package or the package will be refused. Please make sure you enclose a copy of the invoice along with a note explaining the return. Return freight charges are the responsiblity of the purchaser. Only merchandise having a manufacturer's defect will be accepted for replacement. Products that have been misused or improperly cared for will not be accepted. All items returned will be replaced with the identical product. In the event that the identical product is not available, a credit will be issued. Any merchandise accepted for return for reasons other than manufacturer defect or error will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. |
